When you add a new card, you may see a temporary $1 charge. This is just to check that your card is valid. Don’t worry — this amount will be refunded automatically. Most banks process the refund within 30 days.
You can add a Debit or Credit Card to your LoadUp account to make payments easier and faster.
Here are some options to make a payment:
PayNow
Transfer your outstanding payment via PayNow to UEN 202506046C.
Indicate the invoice number under “Reference number”.
Example: [PQXXXXXX]
Bank Transfer
Make a fund transfer directly to our account:

LoadUp applies the following charges:
• Booking Charge: This is a base fee calculated based on the duration of your usage.
• Collision Damage Waiver: This is an additional insurance coverage, calculated as a fixed percentage of your booking charge, which helps reduce your insurance excess in the event of an accident.
In the event that you violate our user policy, a service fee or penalty charge will be applied. This fee is designed to cover any additional administrative or operational costs incurred due to the policy violation.

Yes, you can link multiple debit or credit cards to your account! You can remove any card at any time, but you’ll need to keep at least one card set as your default payment method.
If your payment isn’t going through, try using a different debit or credit card.

1. Make sure your card is enabled for online transactions (check with your bank).
2. Check that you have enough funds in your account.
3. Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
4. Then, try the payment again.
