LoadUp does not charge any mileage/fuel fee. You just have to top up the fuel to at least two (2) bars when you return to prevent penalty and fuel charges, regardless of vehicle model.
If you collected vehicle with less than two (2) bars , kindly take photo of the dashboard during vehicle collection and upload it to the app/Whatsapp to 9730 3003.

We recommend snapping photos of the vehicle with a timestamp and keeping them on your phone. For extra assurance, send the photos to 97303003 right away—this helps protect you from any liability if the damage was caused by a previous user.
