Will CDW be applied to my extension booking?

Yes, CDW will be automatically applied to any extension booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the CDW will be applicable for any extensions made and will be recalculated for the extended period.

Can I opt out of CDW?

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional for all bookings. However, opting for it can significantly reduce your excess liability in the event of an accident.

How much is the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)?

The CDW is 8% of your total booking amount. For example, if you book a vehicle from 2 PM to 6 PM with an hourly rate of $11, the CDW calculation would be as follows:

For example:

Booking time: 2 PM to 6 PM (4 hours)
Hourly rate: $11/hour
Total booking cost: 4 × $11 = $44
CDW: 8% of $44 = $3.52

So, for this booking, the CDW would be $3.52.

My vehicle broke down during my booking, what should I do?

I was involved in an accident while driving a LoadUp vehicle, what should I do now?

Head to your active booking page and scroll down to find the “Help Centre.” Tap on the accident hotline and wait for assistance to arrive. Don’t worry, you’re in good hands.

Can I extend my booking?

You have the flexibility to extend your booking in increments of 15 minutes, provided the vehicle is available. Maximum extension duration is 3 hours. This feature allows you to adjust your schedule with ease and continue using the vehicle without interruption. However, if you notice that the extension button is not activated, it indicates that the vehicle has already been reserved by another customer immediately following your booking. We recommend planning your extensions in advance to ensure seamless service.
