Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional for all bookings. However, opting for it can significantly reduce your excess liability in the event of an accident.

The CDW is 8% of your total booking amount. For example, if you book a vehicle from 2 PM to 6 PM with an hourly rate of $11, the CDW calculation would be as follows:

For example:

Booking time: 2 PM to 6 PM (4 hours)
Hourly rate: $11/hour
Total booking cost: 4 × $11 = $44
CDW: 8% of $44 = $3.52

So, for this booking, the CDW would be $3.52.

You have the flexibility to extend your booking in increments of 15 minutes, provided the vehicle is available. This feature allows you to adjust your schedule with ease and continue using the vehicle without interruption. However, if you notice that the extension button is not activated, it indicates that the vehicle has already been reserved by another customer immediately following your booking. We recommend planning your extensions to ensure seamless service.

Absolutely! You are welcome to return the vehicle earlier than your scheduled end trip time. However, please be aware that any remaining time in your booking period will not be refunded. This policy ensures that our scheduling system remains fair and efficient for all customers.
