We recommend snapping photos of the vehicle with a timestamp and keeping them on your phone. For extra assurance, send the photos to 97303003 right away—this helps protect you from any liability if the damage was caused by you.

Unfortunately, once your trip has started, you cannot remove the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). This policy ensures that all necessary protections remain in place throughout the duration of your rental period. 

Yes, CDW will be automatically applied to any extension booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the CDW will be applicable for any extensions made and will be recalculated for the extended period.
