LoadUp does not charge any mileage/fuel fee. You just have to top up the fuel to at least 1/4 when you return to prevent penalty and fuel charges.
A minimum of 1/4 tank is required upon ending trip. Please refer to the requirements below by vehicle model:
HIACE – 1 Bar
NV100- 3 Bars
NV200 – 2 Bars
NV350 – 4 Bars
If you collected vehicle with less than 1/4 tank , kindly take photo of the dashboard during vehicle collection and upload it to the app/Whatsapp to 9730 3003.

Yes, the referral bonus must be used within 45 days.
Just head to the Referrals tab in the app. From there, you can copy your unique code and share it with your friends! They simply need to enter the code when signing up to get their discount added to their account.

Here’s how it works:
1. Your friend gets a $10 discount code on their first booking.
2. You get a $10 discount code once your friend completes their first booking.

You’ll get notified once your referral is successful. You can also check the status anytime under the Referrals tab > Referral History in the app.
