Your personal data privacy is important to us and Load Up Digital Pte Ltd (“LoadUp”) is highly committed to respecting and managing your Personal Data collected in line with this Policy. This Personal Data Privacy Policy sets out the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data.
“Personal Data” means any data or information, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified either (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which LoadUp is likely to have access to. Personal Data excludes Business Contact Information which means an individual’s name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business electronic mail address or business fax number and any other similar information about the individual, not provided by the individual solely for his personal purposes.
- When and what kind of Personal Data do we collect?
LoadUp may collect, use and disclose the following data about you:
- When you provide Personal Data by filling in online or hardcopy forms when applying for LoadUp’s products and services or feedback (i.e. surveys), asking queries, requests and other submissions;
- If and when you contact LoadUp (i.e. telephone calls, online chat programmes, website, emails and face to face meetings), we may keep a record of that correspondence;
- Details of your visits to LoadUp’s website including, but not limited to, cookies, location data and other communication data, that you access;
- When you fill-up online and hardcopy job application forms to apply for a job at LoadUp;
- If you enter into any contract with LoadUp or purchase any products/services from LoadUp;

If you are applying for employment with LoadUp, LoadUp will collect the following additional data:
- Nationality
- NRIC/FIN/WP numbers, if necessary

- Marital Status
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Race
- Driving License
- Next of Kin, family and emergency contact information
- Medical and insurance information, if necessary
- Employment history and professional qualifications, including testimonials and references
- Medical, legal and financial history
- Curricula Vitae, if any
- Biometrics, if needed
- What purposes does LoadUp Collect, Use and Disclose Personal Data?
Contractual and Service Fulfillment
- To perform obligations under any contract between you and LoadUp.
- To enable LoadUp’s subcontractors, agents, and service providers to fulfil obligations related to your contract with us.
- To handle customer or tenant service requests and enquiries.
- To facilitate delivery, servicing, maintenance, and improvement of our products and services.
Administration and Operational Purposes
- For payment processing and administration.
- To administer and update your records in our databases, including maintaining transaction history.

You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data for the purposes above when you accept this Privacy Policy, including by continuing to browse our website or engaging with LoadUp. You must ensure that all Personal Data submitted is complete, accurate, true and correct. If not, we may be unable to provide requested services.
- Does LoadUp disclose Personal Data to third parties?
LoadUp may disclose Personal Data to our group companies and third-party agents/service providers for the purposes described above. We will ensure the transferred Personal Data is accorded protection comparable to the PDPA before any such transfer is done.
- For how long does LoadUp retain your Personal Data?
We will cease to retain your Personal Data once the purpose of collection is no longer served and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
- Does LoadUp use cookies to collect and use Personal Data?
Yes, we collect anonymized data using cookies for analytics, content improvements and security. Cookies do not collect personally identifiable data. You can disable them in your browser settings but may experience limited functionality.
- How does LoadUp protect your Personal Data?
We store Personal Data on secure servers in Singapore with access controls. Electronic transmission is secured, though no internet system is 100% safe.

Our websites may link to external sites not operated by us. These sites are governed by their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them before use.

To access, correct, or withdraw your Personal Data, email hello@loadup.com.sg. Include your identity and the request details. We aim to respond within 30 days, and if not, we will inform you of a revised timeline.
